Serves 4 – 6
2 x baby cos lettuce
2 x hard boiled eggs (peeled)
100g sliced or finely grated Parmesan
50g Salad Toppers Caesar Bits
- Peel 2 x hard boiled eggs and slice into quarters
- Bake finely sliced pancetta, in a moderate oven, until slightly crisp.
- Chop up lettuce and decorate with eggs and bacon and parmesan shards.
- Sprinkle over crunchy Salad Toppers Caesar Bits, serve with a drizzle of Aioli & enjoy.
